Nick Jonas Announced As Host Of 2021 Billboard Music Awards

Dick clark productions and NBC have announced that multi-platinum recording artist, actor and Hal David Starlight Award winner Nick Jonas will host the 2021 Billboard Music Awards.

The co-founder of the three-time Billboard Music Award-winning trio Jonas Brothers, Nick currently serves as a coach on the music competition series “The Voice.”

Nick shared the news of being selected as host of Billboard Music Awards on social media, adding a video of him holding a trophy for “Best host ever.”

“Truly an honor to have already received the first preemptive 2021 #BBMAs award. Best host ever?! Wow! Tune-in May 23rd at 8pm ET/5pm PT on @NBC,” he captioned the video.

The 2021 BBMAs honor the most successful artists in 51 categories across all genres of music based on the chart period of March 21, 2020 through April 3, 2021.

The event will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, May 23 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC.
